Meet the Founder
BridgeAbility College Coaching was founded by Stacey Noreika, a dedicated Special Education teacher with over three decades of experience supporting students with a wide range of learning differences. After years of guiding students in developing executive functioning skills, self-advocacy, and academic confidence, Stacey recognized a major gap in services: students with learning differences often enter college without the structure and coaching they need to transition successfully.
A Career Built on Advocacy & Empowerment
Throughout her career, Stacey has supported students with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, processing challenges, anxiety, and social-emotional needs. She is known for her calm presence, structured coaching style, and ability to meet each student exactly where they are.
Her work has centered on:
* Building executive functioning and organizational systems
* Encouraging independence through predictable routines
* Strengthening communication and self-advocacy skills
* Supporting emotional regulation and transition readiness
Her coaching blends professional expertise with empathy, always prioritizing student empowerment and independence.
A Philosophy Rooted in Strengths
Stacey believes every student has unique strengths worth celebrating. Her coaching helps students recognize those strengths, build confidence, and take ownership of their educational journey.
BridgeAbility isn’t about doing the work for students — it’s about equipping them with the tools and confidence to do it for themselves.
A Message from Stacey
“I have spent my career helping students discover their abilities, develop confidence, and take steps toward independence. BridgeAbility was created to extend that support into the college years, when students need college coaching the most. I am honored to walk alongside students as they build their bridge to the future they deserve.”
